CO.N.CE.P.T. (Gesellschaft für neue Keramikstoffe für die Technik) entsteht dank zur langjährigen Erfahrung von Technikern und Manager, die im Bereich keramischer und innovierender Werkstoffe gearbeitet haben, sowie auch aus dem Zusammenkommen von Herrn Ing. Aldo Caso – der eine dreissigjährige Erfahrung als Fertigungsverantwortliche bei führenden Keramikindustrien besitzt – mit Rauschert Italia (www.rauschert.com), ein deutscher Konzern mit über einem Jahrhundert Geschichte bzw. Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Industrie-Keramikteile.

Italienisches Produkt, deutsche Technologie  
Das deutsche Know-How und die Herstellung in Busseto bei Parma, Italien, ermöglichen gleichzeitig technische und produktive Zuverlässligkeit, um in bester Weise den Anforderungen eines Marktes in ständiger Entwicklung zu genügen. Wir verwenden ein isostatisches Pressverfahren, das die höchsten Leistungen zu unseren Produkte gewährleistet.

Wir entwickeln, fertigen und vertreiben Produkte aus yttriumstabilisiertem Zirkonoxid für den zahntechnischen Bereich. Unsere Produkte – mit dem Warenzeichen ZYTTRIA® – dienen zur Anfertigung keramischer Dentalprothesen der Klasse II A, laut Beilage IX der EG-Anordnung 93/42/CEE, die zur Anordnung 2007/47/CEE angepasst wurde.

Diese Produkte sind in verschiedenen Formate – Blöcke, Zylinder, Scheiben mit bzw. ohne Bund – verfügbar, sowie in verschiedenen Grössen, und können mit den verbreitesten Cad-Cam-Systeme sowie mit handgeführten Kopierfräsmaschinen bearbeitet werden. Wir liefern unsere Produkte in weisser Standardfarbe, sowie transluzent bzw. vorgefärbt.

Pre-coloured high translucent Zirconia, available with different technical characteristics:

 

 
Multilayered Zirconium Oxide dental blanks.There are up to six colours in one block to guarantee natural and smooth transitions from cervical to incisal. Blanks are available in four pre-coloured shades: LIGHT-MEDIUM- INTENSIVE-GREY LIGHT to cover all classic Vita Shades. The colouring of the prosthetic device, after sintering, results homogeneous on the whole piece.
 
Ceramic pigments are mixed to Zirconia powder with a technology able to ensure to granulate a constant and uniform colouring.
Pre-coloured available - Light, Medium, Intensive, Grey light - allow to have the ideal base to realize the required dentinal colour, without additional costs for dental lab.
Final characterization of dental restorations is achieved by using stains and ceramic layering.

Zyttria® Z COLOR ANTERIOR, high precoloured translucent Zirconia, increases the range of Zyttria® Anterior products designed for realising dental restorations in which a extremely refined aesthetic is required, that is the anterior area. 

With a flexural strenght  of 600 MPa, Zyttria® Z Color Anterior unites aesthetic qualities (see Zyttria® Z 403 ANTERIORto resistance and stability that make it suitable for realising dental restorations even in posterior or lateral areas (bridges with max 3 elements). 

Features:

  • homogeneous colour over the whole thickness : allows a uniform quality standard, indipendent from manual skill and technique used by the dental technician

  • save time and work: colouring and subsequent drying are not essential

  • opportunity to characterize the base shade with stain shades

Dental restoration has the aim of reactivating function and aesthetic of compromised dental parts.

Zyttria® Z Color Anterior, thanks to its technical characteristics (high mechanical resistance and resistance to aging), guarantees functional performances higher to those of Lithium Disilicate.

A1 - A2 - A3 - A3.5 - B2 - C2 - D2 suitable for covering more than 80% of the color range.

All restorations can be realised in fully anatomic version or layered with ceramic.

 

Processing

Dry or water milling, with burs suitable for Zirconia.

 

Sintering temperature

ZYTTRIA® Z MULTICOLOR ANTERIOR (available from April 2017)

Polychromatic six layers Zirconia with gradual color intensity for a "true to nature" aesthetic result.

  • Flexural strenght (STANDARD DIN EN ISO 6872): 800 + 100 Mpa

  • Sintering temperature: 1450°C - 1550°C

  • A2 with colour gradient A1 - 2.5

Appearances are deceptive!
 

Pressing technology and raw materials used directly determine the technical characteristics, the funcional properties, the clinical performances and the durability of the prostheses.
Even if the same raw material is used, the final quality appears to be different according to pressing technology. 
Zyttria is manufactured with isostatic "single cip" technology", that is, the isostatic process is applied to each piece, in order to have a more densified and homogeneous device.

Isostatic "single cip" technology and purity of raw materials (Japanese powders selected for medical use) allow to achieve density and purity such as to reduce  porosity and defects, capable of assuring high performances, higher than others. This determines a significant increase of the long-term expected duration and reduction of the subcritical spreading of micro-cracks.
Zirconia Zyttria is characterised for:

  • high resistance to acids and to chemical agents in the oral cavity
  • higher stability which delays deterioration and aging due to wear
